Key Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance sales through the designated IndusInd Bank branch.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with bank personnel and clientele.
• Identify and approach potential customers to generate insurance leads.
• Provide detailed information about life insurance products and suggest appropriate plans tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with bank staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Follow up on leads and successfully convert them into sales.
• Assist clients with the necessary documentation and policy issuance processes.
• Adhere to company policies and comply with IRDAI regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking or insurance is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven skills in customer relationship management and sales.
• Demonstrated capability to meet business objectives.
• Candidates must be 30 years of age or younger.
