Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Micro Finance and LAP products.
• Promote and sell Micro Finance, LAP, Business Loan, and related financial products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet assigned sales and collection targets.
• Conduct field visits for customer acquisition, collections, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and customer servicing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers interested in field sales can apply.
• Male candidate preferred
• Experience in Micro Finance, MFI, LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan, Business Loan, MSME Loan, Collections, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, Financial Services is preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to work in field sales.
