Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Target Achievement:
- Achieve growth and sales targets by generating leads and converting prospects in the market.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
- Drive sales targets for self and manage the sales team to ensure overall target achievement.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective engagement and conversions at each stage of the sales process.
Reporting & Market Analysis:
- Present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Identify emerging markets, trends, and competitive activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in IT, SaaS, or Cybersecurity product sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success across the entire sales process from planning to closing.
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
