Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage territory-level seller metrics like orders, TAT, CTT, OOS, and catalog updates
  • Drive cataloging and onboarding across supermarkets and other retail categories
  • Coordinate manpower hiring, induction, training, and performance tracking
  • Plan and execute growth initiatives such as store incentives and society activations

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead store procurement, SKU expansion, and inventory monitoring
  • Manage catalog photography, data uploads, and issue resolution
  • Oversee store mapping, rostering, and operational compliance
  • Track and report key KPIs; drive improvements through data insights
