Job Description

• Lead and manage the Solutions Development team for Mobile Engineering Services across India

• Develop and implement advanced sales and solution strategies combining legacy systems with IoT and tech platforms

• Collaborate with IFM, Strategy & Planning, and internal solution teams to deliver best-in-class client solutions

• Build and execute sales strategies to improve productivity and revenue generation

• Engage with clients to understand requirements and develop customized engineering solutions

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, and suppliers to expand service portfolio

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

• Mentor and develop team members to enhance technical and sales capabilities

• Prepare and present regular performance reports and business updates to senior leadership

• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery

• Identify opportunities for business growth in HVAC, Electrical Systems, and FAS domains

• Ensure operational excellence in service sales and solution deployment
