Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Partner with sales leaders to align workforce planning with annual business goals
  • Drive end-to-end performance and talent management processes
  • Lead onboarding and HR operations for on-roll and off-roll employees in the region
  • Facilitate surveys, assessment centers, and employee engagement initiatives

Role Responsibilities:

  • Attend regional reviews and maintain connect with sales teams through field visits
  • Resolve HR policy issues, support performance improvement plans, and coach managers
  • Track attrition and drive retention strategies based on analytics
  • Manage third-party payroll disbursement and vendor coordination
