Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
- To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business
- To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
- Maintain and manage comprehensive recruitment and candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and leveraging analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, alignment on recruitment priorities, and timely updates of concerns.
- Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication
- Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
- Knowledge in Advance Excel and CRM software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
