Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
  • To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business
  • To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
  • Maintain and manage comprehensive recruitment and candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and leveraging analytics to support strategic decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, alignment on recruitment priorities, and timely updates of concerns.
  • Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication
  • Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
  • Knowledge in Advance Excel and CRM software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
