Recruitment Specialist

What are we looking for

John Cockerill is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, helping us attract and secure top talent to support our growing engineering and industrial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the recruitment process is completed within the turnaround time (TAT).

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited to:

• Posting positions on job portals, LinkedIn, & SuccessFactors.
• Searching resumes on job portals, LinkedIn, & SuccessFactors.
• Providing detailed descriptions of the roles to candidates.
• Understand the hiring requirements from hiring managers.
• Source and screen candidates by providing detailed job descriptions and explaining the roles.
• Employ creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews by coordinating effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate degree.
