Recruitment Manager_Executive Search firm (Work from Home /Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions across various departments
• Manage hiring for mid-level to senior-level roles as per organizational requirements
• Source suitable profiles through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire
• Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports, trackers, and dashboards for review and analysis
