Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting agencies.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Negotiate job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and professional networks to create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on current recruitment trends, best practices, and employment laws.
