Your Responsibilities • 1 External Sourcing

• Identify and source candidates from existing talent pools and databases

• Recognize the necessity for external sourcing based on hiring demands

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates

• 2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification

• Analyze candidate data to pinpoint eligible profiles

• Source and evaluate resumes

• Assess candidate interest and fit using relevant tools

• Candidates should have End to End Recruitment experience in both Domestic and International markets

• Evaluate current and future talent requirements, identify essential workforces, comprehend key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent shortages.

• Oversee candidate applications and expressions of interest through electronic, phone, or paper channels

• Pre-qualify candidates and create screening lists

• Invite suitable candidates to pursue relevant opportunities

• 4 Automated Candidate Screening

• Coordinate IVR-based candidate assessments

• Review and assess candidate responses based on established criteria

• Present qualified candidates to Staples representatives for further evaluation

• 5 Recruitment Administration and Analytics

• Maintain precise candidate and requisition data

• Provide recruitment administration and reporting assistance

• Support recruitment analytics for applicable processes
