Hiring: Bulk / Mass Hiring Recruiter (Remote)

• We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Must have hands-on experience in Bulk / Mass / Volume Hiring
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Must be successful in connecting with bulk candidates and converting them into submissions
• Proven track record of target achievement in recruitment
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
