Recruiter Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate audio-visual recordings to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Analyze reviewed data and provide actionable insights to enhance AI system performance.
• Verify or correct system-generated labels to maintain model accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to contribute to continuous improvement of model quality and outcomes.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy while meeting defined performance and quality targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in risk, compliance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of the hiring process and associated risks.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets for data interpretation and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results under deadlines with resilience and adaptability.
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology and post-graduation in Human Resources or a related field.
