We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment and a passion for finding the right talent to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates using various recruitment platforms and social media.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
