Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing, evaluating, and making job offers.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels including social media, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Employ diverse sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Prepare and distribute assignments as part of the evaluation process.
  • Advertise job openings on company careers page, social media, job boards, and internal channels.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Send job offer emails and respond to candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and facilitate their onboarding process.
