The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring goals
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract talent

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications effectively
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
