Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and update visitor logs, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, events, and office requirements.
- Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
- Resolve visitor queries and provide information about the organization as needed.
- Support other administrative staff with ad-hoc tasks as required.
