Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, events, and office requirements.
  • Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
  • Resolve visitor queries and provide information about the organization as needed.
  • Support other administrative staff with ad-hoc tasks as required.
