Key responsibility:

Contribute to the development of new features and products, leveraging expertise in React, Node.js and latest cutting edge technologies within the Self Storage domain.
Address internal bugs and customer-reported issues promptly, ensuring high-quality, bug-free code that aligns with industry standards. Identify technical debt within the system and devise strategic plans for resolution and implementation to enhance our Self Storage solutions.
Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and support while fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Conduct unit and functional testing using tools such as React Testing Library, Jest, and Enzyme to ensure robustness and reliability of developed solutions.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, employing analytical thinking to tackle complex challenges specific to the Self Storage domain. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices within the Self Storage domain, actively contributing to the team's continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in full stack JavaScript/Typescript development.
Proficiency in React, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, HTML5, CSS3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Proven ability to mentor and guide team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
