What you will do

• Use your deep technical understanding to contribute to the architectural design for the product.
• Contributing to defining the product roadmap and supporting end-to-end delivery of product releases communication with different stakeholders
• Build software products for banking and financing institutions with RD teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility
• Enable, empower, and encourage teams for continuous improvement of technology and processes
• Challenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product
• Supporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions
• Act as a mentor to the team and reinforce organizational values and culture

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher engineering degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
