Job Description
- Experience in Application Support and Maintenance in Oracle EBS R12.
- Key Technical Skills : Expert in Oracle Client and SysAdmin activities , performing configuration and setup
- like lookups, setup responsibilities, request groups, users, profiles, schedule concurrent programs.
- Monitor concurrent managers, troubleshoot program failures , setup trace at program, responsibility, user levels,
- ,create folders in Application directories, knowledge in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Unix Shell Scripts,
- Knowledge on Oracle Forms, Reports, BI / XML Publisher, Apex is an added advantage.
- Ability to Lead a small team is an added advantage.
- Experience in performance tuning including troubleshooting application performance is required.
- Knowledge on code migration tools like Client PPM (Mercury), Source Control tools like Dimensions (PVCS),
- Automic or related job scheduling tools, Service Now is desired.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
