Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Quote to Cash Professional, you will apply Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge to carry out supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise. You will contribute significantly to client satisfaction and sales productivity by ensuring that processing and transaction requirements are handled accurately and in line with expectations.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Execute Fulfillment Processes: Carry out assigned fulfillment processes in accordance with business controls to achieve business objectives, ensuring smooth order to cash integration.
• Manage Transactions: Ensure precise processing of transaction requirements, including quote/proposal preparation, contract audit and registration, order execution, billing, and basic contract/agreement preparation.
• Maintain Customer Records: Keep customer master records updated and maintained to support accurate, current information.
• Support Client Satisfaction: Strengthen client satisfaction and sales productivity by completing transaction processing on time and with high accuracy.
• Process Orders: Perform order to cash transactions while following business controls and meeting business objectives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Q2C Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the Quote to Cash (Q2C) process, including supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise.
• Transaction Management: Experience handling transaction requirements, including quote/proposal preparation, contract audit and registration, order, billing, and basic contract/agreement preparation.
• Fulfillment Processes: Exposure to defined fulfillment processes, including business controls and order to cash integration.
• Customer Record Management: Experience working with customer master records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Transaction Processing: Exposure to accurately managing processing and transaction requirements to support client satisfaction and sales productivity.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Basic Contract Knowledge: Exposure to basic contract/agreement preparation, including understanding contract terms and conditions.
• Order to Cash Integration: Experience working with order to cash integration to ensure end-to-end transaction continuity across the extended enterprise.
• Customer Master Record Maintenance: Exposure to updating and maintaining customer master records to keep information accurate and current.
