Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Quote to Cash Professional, you will use your Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge to carry out supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise. You will contribute to improved client satisfaction and sales productivity by ensuring the accurate processing of requirements and transactions.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Execute Fulfillment Processes: Execute the defined fulfillment processes in accordance with business controls and achieve business objectives, ensuring seamless order to cash integration.
• Manage Transactions: Conduct supply and demand management transactions, including quote/proposal preparation, contract audit and registration, order, billing, and basic contract/agreement preparation.
• Maintain Customer Records: Keep customer master records accurate and current, enabling end-to-end transactions and supporting client satisfaction.
• Process Requirements: Handle processing and transaction requirements precisely, aligning with business objectives and enhancing sales productivity.
• Promote Client Satisfaction: Build strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution, strengthening client satisfaction and loyalty.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Q2C Process Knowledge: Understanding of Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes, including supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise.
• Transaction Management: Experience handling transactions such as quote/proposal preparation, contract audit and registration, order, billing, and basic contract/agreement preparation.
• Fulfillment Process Execution: Familiarity with executing defined fulfillment processes in line with business controls and business objectives.
• Customer Record Maintenance: Experience working with customer master records, ensuring accuracy and enabling end-to-end transactions.
• Processing Requirement Handling: Exposure to accurately managing processing and transaction requirements to meet business objectives.

• Order to Cash Integration: Experience integrating order to cash processes to support seamless transactions across the extended enterprise.
• Contract Management: Experience working with contracts, including audit and registration, to support supply and demand management transactions.
• Customer Master Record Accuracy: Experience maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer master records that support end-to-end transactions.
