Conduct inspections across various grades of castings, forgings, and fabricated components
Supervise steel fabrication, pipe systems, and fittings in alignment with international standards (DIN, EN, ISO, ASME)
Prepare, review, and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIPs)
Review and manage supplier quality documents and inspection calls using digital tools
Identify and document nonconformities; drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement 8D corrective actions
Plan and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and suppliers
Participate in lean initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality
Engage in supplier audits, performance monitoring, and new supplier development
Host client witness inspections at supplier and Siemens sites
Promote EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance and foster a collaborative shop floor environment

8+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in casting, forging, and fabrication inspections
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes for castings, forgings, and fittings
Certification in ASNT Level II for DP, UT, MPT, and RT (hands-on proficiency required)
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 as a certified internal auditor
Strong understanding and application of quality tools – 8D, 5 Whys, A3, CAPA
Proficiency in engineering drawings, MS Office, and SAP (MM & QM)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and solution-driven mindset
A working knowledge of EHS practices in manufacturing
