Job Description
- Manage and lead the quality assurance department for one of the largest apparel manufacturing facilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure product standards meet company and customer expectations
- Oversee inspections at every stage of the production process to identify and address quality issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans
- Ensure compliance with all quality regulations, certifications, and audit standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and design to address and resolve quality concerns
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of quality inspectors and executives to maintain quality benchmarks
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure preparedness for client inspections
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes and systems
- Analyze data and trends to proactively identify risks and implement solutions
