Quality Manager, Service Delivery Management, gTech Ads Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
• 5 years of experience working, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in Six Sigma, COPC, or LEAN (or other similar operations coursework).
• 3 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
• 3 years of experience managing vendors and extended workforce providers.
• Experience in creating, revamping Quality framework and improvements.
• Experience using tech and analytics tools, with knowledge on SQL.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Measurement, and Attribution products.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality operations with vendor partners, provide input into quality workflow design in collaboration with relevant teams enabling noise-free quality and customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into outcomes through quality evaluation, decipher the language of the business including financials, market trends, growth strategy, competition, and direction.
• Lead stakeholder management in a cross-functional and global multicultural environment.
• Inform and influence tools roadmaps by collaborating with the relevant cross-functional teams and see them through to execution and impact.
