Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams in Quality or Operations for Banking domain processes.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with FCC, AML, and KYC guidelines within operational frameworks.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards and SLAs.
  • Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to enhance process efficiency and service delivery.
  • Provide strategic direction, mentoring, and performance management for team members.
  • Identify risks and ensure robust governance and control mechanisms.

Experience: 8–12 years of experience in Quality or Operations, with relevant managerial experience in Banking processes

Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
