Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage quality audits such as PPM, Inline, Mid, Final inspections as per AQL standards and buyer specifications
Handle day-to-day QA/QC activities on the production floor, ensuring product quality meets the defined standards
Perform risk analysis, pre-production meetings, and sample size set approvals
Ensure timely delivery of products with proper quality compliance to meet customer satisfaction
Communicate and coordinate with technical, development, and production teams to maintain quality standards
Maintain quality compliance documentation and follow quality SOPs
Perform quality checks and approvals for print, embroidery, wash and related product elements
Identify and address production impracticalities, support in product evaluation and approval process
Monitor QA/QC performance through statistical reporting and data analysis
Conduct training and coaching sessions on quality control processes
Use problem-solving tools like Fishbone Diagrams and 5-Why Analysis
Coordinate with overseas customers for quality compliance and approvals
Ensure discipline, documentation, and compliance across the QA department
Must be willing to travel for inspections and quality-related work
