We're Hiring | Test Lead – Wealth Management

Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Purpose of the Role:

Own functional test leadership for Wealth Management releases, ensuring structured and high-quality validation of complex business flows prior to production deployment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end test planning including scope definition, test approach, estimations, and timelines
• Define SIT and regression scope for each release
• Lead testing for onboarding, portfolio management, trade lifecycle, corporate actions, and reporting
• Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream integrations
• Allocate tasks and monitor execution across testing teams
• Act as the primary testing SPOC for clients and internal stakeholders
• Review test cases, coverage, defect quality, and traceability

Mandatory Experience:

• Strong Wealth Management domain testing experience
• Proven experience in leading SIT and regression cycles
• Excellent client-facing communication skills

Good to Have:

• Experience testing Avaloq (Back Office / Digital Portals)
• Exposure to Avantrade
