We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst for our Domestic Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing actionable feedback to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualification
Any Graduate
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in BPO (Mandatory)
Work Schedule
6 working days per week
1 rotational week off
Required Skills
Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Strong analytical and listening skills
Excellent communication and feedback abilities
Good understanding of QA parameters and call auditing
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit customer service calls
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents
Ensure adherence to quality standards and KPIs
Identify improvement areas and recommend solutions
Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation
