Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality audits, call audits, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform call calibration exercises to ensure consistency among team members' performance.
  • Utilize QC tools such as 7QC, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality tools to drive process improvements.
  • Provide feedback to team members on their performance and suggest training or coaching where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
