Quality Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries for database testing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
