Quadient Inspire Scaler Developer

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a skilled Quadient Inspire Scaler Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in Customer Communications Management (CCM).
• The perfect applicant will possess hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler Automation, and Interactive, alongside a deep comprehension of document composition, workflow orchestration, and customer communication solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain customer communication solutions utilizing the Quadient Inspire Suite.
• Create and manage templates for various customer communications, including correspondence, statements, invoices, policies, and regulatory notifications.
• Develop and implement scalable document generation workflows via Quadient Inspire Scaler.
• Configure and enhance batch processing jobs and document output management.
• Integrate Quadient Inspire with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
• Evaluate business needs and convert them into effective technical solutions.

Technical Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quadient Inspire CCM development.
• Practical experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler Automation, and Interactive.
• Robust understanding of document composition and customer communication management methodologies.
• Experience in data mapping, business rules, and workflow design.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and associated technologies.
• Experience with relational databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of batch processing, document output management, and print/mail workflows.
