Job Description

  • Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements, including BIS certification.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits for certification purposes.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and records.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective quality processes are in place.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
