QA Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop automation scripts using C#, Selenium, Protractor
• Enhance and support automation frameworks in a continuous integration environment
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to understand and refine feature requirements
• Design and document comprehensive test cases for end-to-end, sanity, and regression testing
• Conduct reviews of test case coverage and script quality with project stakeholders
• Identify and fill gaps in test coverage by analyzing escaped defects
• Perform Web API testing using tools like Postman or other API tools
• Write SQL queries, including joins and subqueries, for backend data validation
• Execute and monitor test results, aligning coverage with organizational quality metrics
• Track and manage defects in TFS and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams
• Perform manual functional testing when automation is not feasible
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment
