Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality in software releases.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality-related aspects.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
