QA Engineer – Salesforce CRM

Gurugram (Sector 30) | Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office, 2 Days Work from Home)

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer – Salesforce CRM with 4–6 years of experience in functional testing. In this role, you will support the quality and reliability of Salesforce CRM applications by designing and executing end-to-end test scenarios, validating Salesforce configurations, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in Salesforce Lightning functional testing, STLC, and API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for Salesforce CRM applications.
• Validate Salesforce Lightning configurations, including Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and page layouts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Conduct API and integration testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, test planning, test execution, and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure high-quality software releases through thorough functional validation.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM functional testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Lightning applications, including Flows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), test case design, regression testing, and defect management.
• Experience with API and integration testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in the Insurance domain is preferred.
