QA Engineer Manual & Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and define testing requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
• Analyze, report, and track defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and recommendations to improve testing processes and product quality.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in software testing and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, testing standards, and version control protocols.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing efficiency, automation coverage, and defect management.
