We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer - Automation Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results, reporting defects as needed.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution phases.
• Continuously improve automation processes and frameworks.
• Perform regression testing and ensure software quality prior to release.
• Contribute to the development of testing standards and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
