QA Engineer

Overview

We are on the lookout for a meticulous QA Engineer to become a vital part of our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will play a key role in verifying the quality and performance of our software products through comprehensive testing and validation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Detect, document, and monitor bugs and issues within software applications.
• Work closely with development teams to maintain quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform regression testing and performance testing as necessary.
• Engage in peer reviews and provide insights on quality assurance practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-7 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
• Expertise in automated testing tools (such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Proficient in programming languages including Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
