Job Overview

The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in software testing and quality assurance, dedicated to ensuring the delivery of premium software products. Your role will involve creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with developers to elevate the overall quality of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Detect, document, and monitor defects utilizing bug tracking systems.
• Work alongside development teams to enhance software quality and performance.
• Conduct regression testing to verify that software updates do not introduce new issues.
• Engage in design and code reviews to provide insights on quality and testability.
• Execute performance and load testing to evaluate system behavior under pressure.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-8 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Expertise in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Thorough understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in drafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in database testing.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members and stakeholders.
