QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Conducting manual and automated testing to guarantee high product quality.
• Detecting, documenting, and monitoring defects throughout the software development process.
• Working closely with developers and product managers to grasp requirements and offer insights on product functionality.
• Carrying out regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
• Continuously enhancing testing methodologies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools (such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proficient in using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
