Write manual test cases and execute them.
Automation of test cases for new feature testing will be an added advantage.
Collaborate with the Development team for ease of use and debuggability
Participate in requirements, functional, and design aspects of new features
Write comprehensive test plans for customer deployments
Utilize test frameworks for automation
Troubleshoot and debug in Linux and Windows environments
Strong domain experience in Storage Domain (NAS)
Experience in test automation using test frameworks (Python) will be desired.
Ability to write and execute manual tests for complex enterprise software.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging in Linux or Windows environments
Bachelor in Computer Science or related field with 2-5 years of experience
Prior experience with NFS and SMB protocols
Familiarity with Data Center technologies (Storage (NAS), Networking, Virtualization)
Experience with Microsoft technologies like Active Directory and DNS
Familiarity with Distributed system concepts, HA and Clustered environments
