Job Description
- Facilitate daily and weekly operational sync-ups with clients and internal senior leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments across multiple portfolios.
- Represent offshore delivery in bi-weekly governance forums and executive reviews, maintaining strategic alignment and clear visibility into delivery health.
- Develop, compile, and distribute weekly portfolio health reports that cover delivery status, key risks, KPIs, SLA adherence, and quality metrics.
- Drive end-to-end delivery governance by ensuring compliance with QE standards, intake workflows, governance frameworks, time tracking, and SLA management.
- Own and maintain dynamic governance dashboards that track productivity, automation coverage, defect leakage, efficiency trends, and team performance.
- Lead monthly portfolio reviews to evaluate performance, surface improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate delivery risks across teams to enable timely resolution and minimize business impact.
- Manage a large-scale workforce of 100+ onshore and offshore resources across multiple projects, ensuring effective capacity planning, demand forecasting, and release estimation.
- Serve as a people leader by mentoring delivery managers and team leads, supporting leadership development and succession planning.
- Oversee performance management, engagement initiatives, morale improvement, and retention strategies; address underperformance through structured PIPs and accountability frameworks.
- Lead enterprise-wide upskilling and cross-portfolio capability development, including Agentic AI adoption and AI-powered Quality Engineering (QE) initiatives.
- Accelerate innovation by promoting AI agents, reusable accelerators, automation frameworks, and smart testing utilities to improve productivity and quality.
- Provide strategic technical oversight for major releases, cutovers, and production deployments; resolve critical technical impediments and escalations quickly.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to scale reusable assets, optimize in-sprint automation, reduce regression cycles, and prevent rollback scenarios.
- Act as a trusted delivery partner to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent, proactive communication and alignment across teams, vendors, and captive units regarding scope, timelines, and outcomes.
