Role Overview Description

What Youll Be Doing:

• Take a fully hands-on approach to QA automation efforts.
• Build, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks to meet dynamic project needs.
• Design and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, API, and database platforms using Selenium WebDriver and JUnit.
• Work closely with DevOps and cross-functional teams to simplify and automate workflows.
• Use AI tools like Codium/Qodo to create smarter test cases and improve frameworks.
• Perform regression testing to ensure product stability and quality with every build.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting best practices to boost testing performance and efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

Programming Skills: Expertise in Java.

Automation Tools: Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and JUnit.

AI Tools: Familiarity with Codium/Qodo or similar is a plus.

Defect Tracking: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or TFS.

Database Knowledge: Skilled in MySQL and SQL(Snowflake).

CI/CD Understanding: Awareness of Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools is beneficial.

What Were Looking For:

• A bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of solid, hands-on experience in QA automation.
• Certifications in automation or related technologies are a bonus.
• Experience across web, API, and database testing.
• The ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker) is a good-to-have skill.
• Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
