As an independent automation QA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts for Allstate Esurance software products, ensuring they meet highquality standards. This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and collaborate remotely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to improve the product quality.
Proven experience in automation testing, preferably using Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven, Git, Rest Assured, SQL and Jenkins.
Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression of software applications.
Capable of maintaining and enhancing test automation frameworks to ensure they remain up to date with evolving product features.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
Should be able to execute the performance test scripts using Jmeter and troubleshoot the failures.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to debug the code, troubleshoot and resolve script failures or automation test environmental issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a crossfunctional team environment and stakeholders.
