Purchase Officer / Purchase Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Officer / Manager to manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials and services essential for fire safety equipment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• manage procurement activities for raw materials and services related to fire safety equipment production
• source, evaluate, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality acquisitions
• develop and implement procurement strategies for improved efficiency and cost savings
• monitor inventory levels and align procurement schedules with production demands
• ensure all purchased items meet required quality and regulatory standards
• negotiate supplier contracts, terms, and pricing for favorable terms
• conduct regular cost analyses and assist in budgeting and expenditure tracking
• use procurement software and tools to streamline operations and reporting
