Project Technical Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Technical Manager to oversee and drive technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards and best practices
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and management
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in project management within a technical environment
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
