Project Manager – ELV

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager – ELV to oversee and manage ELV projects from the design review stage through execution, ensuring prompt delivery, technical compliance, and operational excellence while coordinating backend, site, and technical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Backend Support

• Examine design drawings and technical submissions for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, BMS, Structured Cabling, etc.).
• Offer technical advice to the site team and address complex technical challenges.
• Guarantee accurate documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documents.
• Support system integration, testing, commissioning, and client acceptance. Manage backend activities such as documentation, approvals, and project closure.

Project Management & Operations

• Oversee ELV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and client specifications.
• Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with procurement, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and provide status updates to management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, codes, and quality guidelines.

• Stakeholder Management
• Engage with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals, inspections, and handovers.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance.
• Participate in progress and coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing ELV systems projects, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or building initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, etc.).
• Exceptional project management, leadership, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
