Project manager (Unified Communications)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Unified Communications with a strong technical background in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco ISR (Voice Gateways), and Oracle SBC. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects, global voice carrier integrations, and ITIL processes within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Unified Communications (UC) projects, ensuring smooth integration and implementation.
• Oversee the design and deployment of Cisco UC technologies, SIP PSTN services, and voice gateways.
• Collaborate with global/regional voice carriers for seamless service delivery.
• Manage IT projects using industry best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, and Problem Management).
• Work with cross-functional teams, including network, security, and media recording teams, to optimize UC solutions.
• Drive audit, risk, and compliance initiatives related to IT and UC infrastructure.
• Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Cisco UC (CUCM, ISR Voice Gateways), Oracle SBC, and SIP PSTN services.
• Experience with network security, firewalls, and media recording technologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM platform (preferred).
• ITIL certification or extensive experience in ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
