Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the transition process, developing detailed plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Oversee facilities setup, ensuring readiness for operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise.
- Support onboarding and training for the team at the new location.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain transition documentation.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in project transition or management, preferably in facilities and office relocations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
