Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the transition process, developing detailed plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Oversee facilities setup, ensuring readiness for operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Support onboarding and training for the team at the new location.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain transition documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in project transition or management, preferably in facilities and office relocations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
